Our 2026 AGM will be held at Moot Hall, The Stow on Tuesday April 28th starting at 7pm.
We are delighted that our speaker will be Laura Mark, Head of Casework for the Twentieth Century Society. Laura will be speaking on Conserving New Towns and exploring recent work in preserving the architecture and spatial qualities of British Post-war new towns.
We will also be announcing the winner of the 2026 Harlow Architectural Design Award (HADA).
The last award was made in 2019 before it was interrupted by the Covid pandemic. Our treasurer, Phil Hardcastle, has worked hard to restart the award and has established a panel of judges. They have considered all the buildings completed since the last award to the end of 2024 and will present the award to the winner at the AGM.
Following the HADA presentation, there will be refreshments and an opportunity to meet the speaker and the award winners.
The formal business will follow the refreshments.
The agenda and papers can be downloaded at the following links:

These will be shown on a screen, so no need to print.
