Our next free walk is on Saturday 21st of June, the Summer Solstice, starting at 10.30am. It will be a mixture of urban and rural paths. Some of them will be over grassy fields and up a footpath with steps. So, not suitable if you have difficulty walking.

This time round there will be no public sculptures, no blue plaques, and just a sprinkling of listed buildings. However, there are some interesting and unusual features to be found en route!

We will cross 3 named water courses.
See some very big trees.
Find domestic privet hedges! In Harlow?
There is a café on our route if needed.

All in the course of our 2.5 mile walk, led by John Curry.

The walk will start at 10.30am, meeting at the free car park just off 3rd Avenue, east of the junction of Third Avenue and Abercrombie Way. It is not sign posted, but used to be for visitors to Passmores House when it was the Harlow Museum.
